Dear colleagues,
We would like to inform you that the 5th Mini-Herpesvirus Workshop will be held in Berlin on Friday, October 1, 2010.
As last year, the meeting will take place in the center of Berlin at the INSTITUTE FOR MICROBIOLOGY, Philippstr. 13, 10115 Berlin-Mitte. For directions and further information, please see attached document.
This year’s keynote speakers will be Matthias Reddehase (Mainz) and Roger Everett (Glasgow). Please reserve some time for the get-together after the workshop.
Please do not forget to apply for a travel honorarium. We will be able to award up to 10 travel honoraria. Reimbursement will be made according to the federal regulation on travel expenses (Bundesreisekostengesetz). Application deadline is Monday, August 23, 2010.
Who can apply: Undergraduate and graduate students and postdocs
What it can be used for: To cover actual expenses for travel, accommodation, and registration
What do you need to send: An informal application including abstract and estimated travel costs
